Based on the strong capability of precise parts manufacturing, our R&D team is able to provide OEM/ODM development and mass production of all kinds of aluminium alloy products for various industries, including bicycle/e-bike. Starting from the drawing design to the decision of the forming plan, no matter the selection of materials, forging, CNC finishing, surface treatment, finished product assembly, packaging and QC inspection plan, more than 95% of the manufacturing process is completed in our factory in one-stop. In addition to our own aluminium alloy forging plant, independent tooling design and development, our CNC machining machines in the whole production line are equipped with four-axis/five-axis rotary tables, together with our own origin clamping system, which can meet the different processing conditions and requirements of customers' parts. According to the different processing conditions and requirements of customer parts, we can carry out CNC 3-axis/4-axis/5-axis machining and optimise the machining process, even for highly complex parts, 3D curved surfaces and spiral parts, we can complete the machining with one-time clamping on a single machine, and we strive to achieve the best results at one time. Moreover, due to the reduction of the transfer between the supply chain, it can greatly improve the production efficiency, shorten the production time of parts and improve the quality of products.
